Extreme & Edge Play Medical & Edge
A medical device (a tube) inserted up the urethra into the bladder. In kink, this is an advanced form of medical play or "sounding." It is extremely high-risk.

- EXTREME RISK: Recommend removal. This is not suitable for a general app. The risk of severe, permanent UTIs, bladder infections, and urethral damage is incredibly high and requires medical training.
